At The Pudleston Cake House, we take great care in preparing and packaging your sweet treats to ensure they arrive as fresh and beautiful as when they left our kitchen. Please take a moment to read through our shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order.

Order Processing Time
All orders are freshly baked to order. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–4 working days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods (e.g., holidays or special events), processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always communicate clearly if there are any delays.

We currently offer UK shipping only.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Local Collection
If you're local to Pudleston, Herefordshire, we offer free local collection. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient collection time.

Packaging & Freshness
All our treats are packaged securely and carefully to maintain freshness during transit. Heat-sealed, padded boxes and recyclable materials are used wherever possible.
Some items may shift slightly during delivery — while we take every care in packaging, we cannot guarantee complete visual perfection after transit (but the taste will still be top notch!).

Missed or Delayed Deliveries
Once your order has left us and is with the courier, we cannot accept responsibility for delays outside our control (such as weather conditions, postal strikes, or misrouted parcels). However, we will always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping due to the perishable nature of our products. We hope to expand in the future.
