I'm Becky, the baker behind the apron. I’ve been baking for as long as I can remember – a hobby that started in childhood and became a treasured part of my life. After spending several years living in Portugal, I returned to the beautiful Herefordshire countryside in 2024 and finally decided to turn my lifelong love of baking into something more.

The Pudleston Cake House was born from my home kitchen, nestled in the peaceful village of Pudleston. Here, I create small-batch bakes with care and attention, from rich brownies and gooey cookies to delicate cupcakes and afternoon tea boxes. Every item is handmade using quality ingredients, and my goal is simple: to bring a bit of joy and comfort into people’s lives, one bite at a time.
